Description
Coccifor is a product designed to manage and prevent coccidiosis in poultry. Coccidiosis is a common parasitic disease in poultry caused by protozoa of the genus Eimeria. It affects the intestines and can lead to significant health issues and economic losses in poultry farming.
INDICATIONS
Prevention and treatment of intestinal and Caecal Coccidiosis and by extension, necrotic enteritis.
Prevention and treatment of infections caused by gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria e.g Pullorum disease, Fowl Typhoid, Intestinal infections, Omphalitis etc.
Vitamin deficiency during and after stress.
For the prevention and treatment of enteritis in piglets.
Indicated for the prophylaxis and treatment of intestinal coccidiosis in rabbits.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION of Coccifor
PREVENTION
Broilers: 0.5g per litre of drinking water for 3days
Layers: 0.5g per litre of drinking water for 2days then withdraw for 1 day Treat for another day
TREATMENT
Broilers: 1.0g per litre of drinking water for 3days
Layers: 1.0g per litre of drinking water for 2days. Then withdraw for 1 day Treat for another day.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Meat – 10 Days
Eggs – 10 Days
SHELF LIFE AT 250C: 18 months.
