Delivery Information

At HTS Farms, our priority is customers’ satisfaction so we thrive to serve you to the best of our ability. Our standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days after your payment have been confirmed. Delivery time for products are usually indicated on the product detail page.

What about warranty & hidden costs?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional dispatch charges.
The price mentioned on the website is the final price, what you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive, all taxes are included with the list prices.

How will the delivery be done?
We process most of our deliveries through our third-party courier services. So you will be expected to pick up from the delivery office or your products will be delivered to you at home.

Are all items purchased online covered by warranty?
Products sold directly by HTS Farms are purchased from authorized distributors. Some of the machinery are covered under a manufacturer warranty.

All items have free insurance coverage against theft and damage during transit.
