Description
Industrial Blast Freezer | 10HP is a specialized type of freezer used in various industries to rapidly freeze or chill products, typically food items, pharmaceuticals, or other perishable goods. These freezers are designed to quickly lower the temperature of products to a specified level, effectively preserving their quality, freshness, and safety and preventing the growth of bacteria or microorganisms. At normal temperature, bacterial growth in food occurs at a rapid and exponential rate which could make the food item, under temporary storage, unsafe for future consumption.
The microorganism cannot thrive in the extremely cold environment of a blast-freezer. Bacteria multiply fastest between +8 °C (46 °F) and +68 °C (154 °F). By reducing the temperature of poultry or any other food item from +30°C (86°F) to -10 °C (14°F) or below within 90 minutes, the food is rendered safe for storage and later consumption in its frozen state.
