Amoxicolinor Poultry Antibiotic

Gut and respiratory infections remain some of the most common productivity drains on Nigerian poultry farms — conditions like bacterial enteritis, necrotic enteritis and respiratory infections can quickly affect growth, feed conversion and flock survival if not treated promptly. Amoxicolinor combines two complementary antibiotics, Amoxicillin Trihydrate and Colistin Sulfate, to cover a broad range of the bacteria responsible for these conditions.

The combination is formulated as a water-soluble powder, making it straightforward to administer to a whole flock or herd through drinking water, which is especially useful when a number of birds or animals are showing signs of infection at once.

How to use: Poultry: administer at 1g per 2 litres of drinking water for 3–5 days. Calves and lambs: administer at 0.5g–0.75g per 10kg body weight for 3–5 days. Prepare fresh medicated water daily and ensure all animals have consistent access throughout the treatment period. Complete the full course even if symptoms improve early, and observe the manufacturer’s stated withdrawal period before eggs, meat or milk from treated animals enter the food chain.
