HAMMERMILL ( Hammer mill/grinder 600-1000kg/hr 7.5kw electric motor)
Hammer mills are designed to grind animal feeds materials to fine powder or grannule. They are specially structured such that it does not make noise nor vibrate. It has a blower to defeat manual conveying of the grinded materials into the mixing equipment. All the major components are made of quality steel materials. All the spare parts like hammers, screens, impeller wheel, impeller chamber, bearings, spindle rods, spindle keys, electric motors are always available should the need for replacement at any time.
MIXER WATER ADDING (Horizontal mixer 250-500kg/hr)
Mixer water adding is wired to mix wet/liquid materials effectively and discharge after mixing completely. It is efficient to mix feed material with water and other liquid ingredients or additives.
FLOATING PELLET EXTRUDER – 250KG/HR
This is a double screw extruder that is capable of extruding 100% floating feeds. It can produce 0.5mm, 1mm, 2mm, 4mm and 6mm floating feeds. It is easy to operate. The feed produce comes out in round shape and smooth.
DRYER FOR FEEDS (SINKING & FLOATING | Local feed dryer 300kg capacity)
The dryer is suitable for drying sinking fish feed, as well as floating feed. Also good for drying grains. It is made of quality mild steel that can stand the heat for a reasonable time frame. The feed is not made dry by direct heat that can affect the feed nutrient. It has a detachable compartment where charcoal is being hit and a blower that blows the heat into the feed compartment. Its source of heat is charcoal.
