Indications for use by instructions of a veterinarian.
Use immediately after reconstitution with antiseptic or disinfectant-free drinking water.
and dosage
• Prepare for each 1,000 doses 100-300 ml of non-chlorinated water.
• Add the reconstituted vaccine to the adequate volume of spraying water, immediately prior to use, and mix well.
• The ventilation system of the poultry house should be inoperative during the spray/aerosol administration.
• Direct the stream from the sprayer over the heads of the birds.
• Spray at one day of age in delivery boxes:
The ideal droplet size for even coverage of birds is 100-300μm. The volume applied can range from 7ml to 20ml per 100 birds depending upon the spray equipment in use.

To ensure successful vaccination of birds, it is important to follow these guidelines for drinking water:
– Ensure water is free of disinfectants
– Deprive birds of water 2 hours prior to vaccination
– Prepare enough water to be consumed within 1-2 hours
– Protect vaccine from chlorine by adding Blue Neutrachlor or skim milk powder/milk
– Mix vaccine in water and allow birds to consume all before renewing supply.

Ocular route:
The vaccine should be dissolved in physiological saline solution (usually 40 ml per 1,000 doses) and administered by means of a standardized dropper. Administer one drop (0.04 ml) of vaccine into the open eye of each bird.

Comments Vaccinate healthy birds only, use the entire vial when first opened, destroy unused contents, and keep vaccination records with batch number.
