Return and Refund Policy
At HTS Farm Limited we take pride in delivering the best quality farm produce at reasonable prices and ensure the accuracy of every order that is delivered. Please check the condition of your order upon receipt. If your expectations have not been met, we would love to hear from you to make it right. Kindly report to us within 12 hours from the time of receipt of your items.
For health and safety reasons, certain farm produce or products are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases in which HTS farms delivered the incorrect item or product. If a product is found to be defective or damaged during delivery, you will have the option to receive a replacement or a refund of the purchase price which will be converted to Store Credit. HTS Store credit ensures that your money is safe with us and can be used to purchase anything at any time on our website.
Undeliverable packages are treated like orders for which an incorrect address has been provided by the customer or orders where the carrier has made three attempts to deliver and no one is available to accept the packages. If a customer provides an incorrect address at the time of ordering, HTS Farms Limited will redeliver the product at the customer’s expense. Payment made for refused products are non-refundable.
