Account

You can easily sign into your HTS Farms account with your username and password. Click the login button at the top right corner of the website, then enter your username and password which you registered with.

Click the ‘Forgot Password’ option and a link would be sent to your registered email. Click the link and generate a new password.

You can either find a product using the Product Catalog on the main menu or using the Search Function.

Payments

To pay for an item on HTS Farms:

Select the product(s) you want to buy, and add to cart or you can quickly find your preferred products in the search box by filtering search results. Update and confirm the quantity you want to buy, then click Proceed to Checkout and select the method of payment.

There are two main payment methods:

  1. Bank Transfer: Select Bank Transfer if you would like to send your payment via ATM transfer, in-bank transfer or Mobile Transfer (using your bank USSD code). Your order will be placed on hold until you make payment and notify HTS Farms via email, SMS, call or WhatsApp. Once we confirm your payment, we will start processing your order.

 

  1. Pay with a Debit/Credit Card or Online with Bank: Our Online Payment option is handled and properly secured by Flutterwave. You only need to enter your card details (Mastercard, Verve Card, or Visa Card), and click “Pay”. Your order will be processed immediately after the payment is confirmed. (Note that we also accept International cards).

 

After that is settled, check the Terms and Conditions box (after reading them) and click PLACE ORDER. You will receive an email notification to confirm your order.

Payment is made when you have successfully placed your order on our website, and you have updated your personal details including your delivery address and contact phone number.

PS – If you need further information or bulk discount, select the Special Order option. You will receive a response to your inquiry on the next step to take.

We do not accept payment on delivery. All products have to be paid for before we proceed with delivery.

Once you have found the item(s) you want to buy, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Click on the Add to Cart button, It automatically adds the product to your cart.
  2. A View Cart button would be displayed, when clicked on, you will be redirected to the Cart page.
  3. On the Cart Page, you will see a box showing the quantity you have selected to buy. The quantity can be edited, and then click Update Cart. You can also add your Coupon code here if you have any. Once you are set, you can Proceed To Checkout.
  4. Enter your accurate shipping details; well-detailed with all the necessary information.
  5. Select the payment method you are convenient with – either Direct Bank Transfer/Deposit OR pay with your Debit/Credit card using Flutterwave.
  6. Please note that if you opt to pay via bank transfer/deposit, your order will be on hold until you make payment and notify HTS Farms via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You will receive a message when we confirm your payment and start processing your order.
  7. Click Place Order to complete the process. Afterward, a confirmation notice would be sent to you via your email or SMS as provided.

 

Can I buy in bulk?

Yes, you can

 

Will all of the items in my order arrive in a single package?

As long as you bought and paid for them at the same time, all your items will arrive together.

In the case where we would need more details about your order, one of our customer care representatives would call you for clarification.

 How Can I Get an Invoice for My Order?

Once your payment has been confirmed and your order processed, an email will be sent to you with your order details containing your invoice.

 

 How do I know the status of my order?

We will send you updates concerning the status of your order regularly if need be.

A coupon code is used to give you a discount on your purchase or provide free shipping for your order.

It usually consists of letters and/or numbers that you can enter in your Checkout Page to get a discount on on HTS Farms.

For now, we deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria while working towards expand our operations to Ghana, Togo, Benin Republic, Chad and other West African countries.

We can either provide home delivery or you can pick up your order from our delivery partners in any of the 36 states in Nigeria. A message will be sent to you on the mode of delivery or collection at the point of your order confirmation.

However, our normal delivery timeline is 3 – 5 working days.
